Once you place an order with us online, you will receive an automatic confirmation of your order. If there is an issue with your selection one of our team members will contact you via email or telephone within 1-2 hours.
We will then contact you via email with tracking information for your print once we have sent it out to you. If you are collecting your print or framed print from our store, we will send you a text message to your phone when it is ready for collection.
